Cost Accountant

Growing global manufacturing organization seeking a Cost Accountant to support product costing, financial analysis, and pricing initiatives. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, partnering across departments, and driving informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product costs, margins, and profitability
• Maintain and support standard costing processes
• Prepare financial and operational reports
• Review inventory and manufacturing cost data
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Present findings to management and business partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years cost accounting experience
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Temp-to-Hire (Approximately 3 months before conversion)
• Excellent benefits upon conversion
• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• On-site position
• Pay: $80,000-$90,000/year
